Because it said “7 days” till the results are available I expected the results earlier, but they finally arrived today and I am very happy with them. And I have to admit I am also a little relieved because I felt somewhat ambivalent about a few questions.
So that’s one step further in my job application preparations. Though I do believe that most applicants will have the same english ability as I do but it’s nice to have something extra to send along. Many job advertisements have a certain TOEIC score as requirement and it’s nice to have it in writing.
It also reminded me that I really should seriously start my job hunting. So far I did have a look at several job hunting sites like Daijob or CareerCross but I only read through the ads and did not apply because we still weren’t sure when we will move. Since it’s decided I didn’t really have that much time (or energy) to focus on it but I’m very motivated to start the (possibly long) search.
If you are currently oir have been in the past job hunting in Japan, what are the best websites to go for? Any other advise? Everything is appreciated (^_^)

Mein Hintergrund ist BWL/VWL und Mode. Nicht das ich nicht offen bin für etwas Neues nur kann ich da nicht Erfahrung glänzen 😉

Mein Chef überlegt nächstes Jahr jemanden einzustellen..
Fließend Japanisch und möglichst Englisch oder Deutsch mit großem Interesse an Gärten und Gartengestaltung..

Von den Sprachen her wäre es zum Glück schon mal kein Problem, aber ich nehme an ohne dass man tatsächlich Ahnung von Gartengestaltung hat wird man da nicht wirklich gut hinpassen, oder?

Die job hunting-Seiten sind auf jeden Fall nicht schlecht, aber bei einigen Firmen kann man sich nur über die Firmenhomepage bewerben (so war es bei meiner z.B.). Vielleicht wäre es daher eine Idee, dir ein paar Firmen in dem Bereich, in dem du arbeiten willst, gezielt rauszusuchen und mal bei denen auf die Homepage zu gehen 😉
